On Monday, January 31, 2022, more than 300 young people gathered at the DON BOSCO MUHAZI Technical and Vocational Training School for the celebration of the feast of Saint John Bosco. It was preceded by a mass presided over by Father Raymond Bavumiragiye, and concelebrated with Father Richard and the priest in charge of Education and youth in Gishaka Parish. The feast also included the reception of the sacraments of baptism, confirmation and the first Eucharist. In his homily, Father Raymond called on young people to remain morally upright and strive to do what is right, as was the case with Saint John BOSCO. He added that the Salesian Education system includes staying with the young people at all times in order to help them achieve the desired goal. After the mass, the young people of the DON BOSCO MUHAZI TVET School had the opportunity to express their joy through dances glorifying God and praising the courage of Don Bosco. The event ended with a lunch with the cake well prepared by the young people of this school.
